Kansas City Royals Tickets

After losing the Athletics to Oakland, CA, Kansas City was given another ball team in 1969 with the Kansas City Royals. Out of the four expansion teams, the Royals posted the best record by the end of the season and success seemed to be accessible even at that early stage in the team's history. The Royals' first few years were volatile in success, but they finally posted their best record in franchise history to this day of 102-60 and became a playoff contender from then on. Over the years, the Royals have been home to many superstars including All-Star Game MVP, outfielder Bo Jackson and Hall of Fame 3rd baseman George Brett. The Kansas City Royals currently play at Kauffman Stadium and have played there since 1973. This historic landmark, in itself, is worth seeing. The team's total accomplishments include one World Series Championship in two World Series appearances, two American League pennants, six LCS appearances, and seven division titles.
